This Glenfiddich 40 year old encapsulates the intricacies of Cumulative Time. Maturing over four decades, developing a richness and depth of flavour. To craft such an intricately layered whisky, 40 year old is produced by a process known as ‘remnant vatting’. Involving the Malt Master carrying one batch over, time and time again. Then marrying it with the casks selected for subsequent release.
